The Treatment Room will no longer be offering appointments for Ear Syringing. This service is now only available privately through Specsavers and various opticians.
Samples can only be left in if you have spoken to the Doctor first, please ring at 8.30am for an advice call
Labelled samples should be left in the Sample Drop Box which is situated in the practice foyer and checked regularly.
Samples can be left any time during the day up to 5.15pm - including the lunch closure time (1-2pm) as the foyer will remain open. Please Note: the last time for sample drop off on a Friday is 3pm.
There will be no access to the drop box on Practice Training Days but this will be advertised on the website in advance.
Please ensure your telephone number is available with the sample. You will be contacted if a prescription is required and this will be left for your nominated pharmacist.
Normal results will be actioned and filed directly in the patient's records. The Doctors will only contact patients regarding abnormal results or any that need followup or repeated. In this case the result will be sent directly to you via our Text Message Service.
