We are pleased to welcome Evelyn, our new MDT Mental Health Practitioner to the Bloomfield Surgery team.

If you are suffering from low mood, anxiety or stress, our receptionists may care navigate you to an appointment with Evelyn.

Many of you will be familiar with Karen our Advanced Physio Practitioner who sees a host of musculoskeletal conditions, and in the same way Evelyn is highly trained in assessing and managing mental health conditions and wellbeing.
